From Yamaha comes the exquisite FG800 series of acoustic guitars that have been developed from extensive research and designed to bring the latest technology Yamaha has to offer with the unique characteristics of the legendary range of instruments. With a newly designed scalloped bracing pattern to increase the guitars volume, projection, and tone, and constructed from Solid Spruce and Nato to produce a warm, soft tone, the FG800 is truly a beautifully crafted guitar. Redesigned Scalloped X Bracing Through feedback, extensive research, analysis and development, Yamaha has managed to create a new scalloped bracing pattern. the new pattern allows for more volume, more projection, increase in the low end and a bigger tone, the bracing also allows the resonance of the guitar to sit closer to the middle resulting in a bigger impact on both tone and play-ability. Yamaha FG Series The FG series of acoustic guitars from Yamaha started in 1966 in the form of their first guitar with the goal to offer great quality instruments at prices suitable for tighter budgets, now the FG series has become one of the world’s bestselling acoustic guitar range and still manages to always keep up with the changing time whilst still staying true to its original nature.
