Rules
While visiting the Soundz Crazy Site, you may also not: post, transmit or otherwise distribute information constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise use the Soundz Crazy Site in a manner which is contrary to law or would serve to restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the Soundz Crazy Site or the Internet; post or transmit any information or software which contains a virus, cancelbot, trojan horse, worm or other harmful or disruptive component; upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, information, software or other material obtained through the Soundz Crazy Site which is protected by copyright, or other intellectual property right, or derivative works with respect hereto, without obtaining permission of the copyright owner or rightholder.
Monitoring
Soundz Crazy has no obligation to monitor the Soundz Crazy Site. However, you agree that Soundz Crazy has the right to monitor the Soundz Crazy Site electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Soundz Crazy Site properly, or to protect itself or its subscribers. Soundz Crazy will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private electronic-mail message unless required by law. Soundz Crazy reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement.
Privacy
Soundz Crazy cannot ensure or guarantee privacy for Soundz Crazy users. It is therefore recommended that this service not be used for the transmission of confidential information. Any such use shall be at the sole risk of the user, and Soundz Crazy and its affiliate and related companies shall be relieved of all liability in connection therewith.
Buying over the Internet
When making purchases or other transactions through the Soundz Crazy Site or the Internet, but you may also be asked by the Merchant or information or service provider to supply certain information, Including credit card or other payment mechanisms. You agree that all information you provide any merchant or information or service provider through the Soundz Crazy Site will be accurate and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you Or other users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanisms at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You also will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes, if any, relating to purchases on the Soundz Crazy Site. Soundz Crazy is in no way responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incurs when making purchases or other transactions in this manner.
Limitation of Liability
Soundz Crazy takes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of any claims or statements contained in the documents and related graphics on the Soundz Crazy Site. Further, Soundz Crazy makes no representations about the suitability of any of the information contained in software programs, documents and related graphics on the Soundz Crazy Site for any purpose. All such software programs, documents and related graphics are provided without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Soundz Crazy be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from the service.
Recourse
If you are dissatisfied with the Soundz Crazy Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Soundz Crazyin operating the Soundz Crazy Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Soundz Crazy Site.
Confidential Information
You authorize Soundz Crazy to collect from any party and to retain all relevant information relating to your use of the Soundz CrazySite, and you hereby authorize any party to provide us with such information. You understand and agree that unless you notify Soundz Crazy to the contrary by e-mailing us, you further authorize Soundz Crazy to disclose, on a confidential basis, to any party with whom Soundz Crazy has business relations all
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Soundz Crazy and its affiliate and related companies harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to any Violation of this Agreement by you or users of your account, or in connection with the use of the Soundz Crazy Site or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the Soundz CrazySite or on the Internet by you or users of your account.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement, including any and all documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between Soundz Crazy and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof. Soundz Crazy failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provisions or right. If any of the provisions contained in this Agreement be determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa applicable therein.
Warranties & Repairs
All of our goods also carry a manufacturers’ warranty where applicable, which will run concurrently with any warranty in terms of the law.
Under no circumstances will we accept returned goods where the consumer has been afforded the opportunity to inspect the goods prior to the purchase or acceptance of a delivery, the goods have been damaged due to the customer’s negligence, the goods have been disassembled, permanently installed, physically altered, used or installed contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instructions and/or have been subjected to misuse or abuse.
Any items needing to be returned for repairs or warranties need to be returned at the clients expense. Returned goods need to be inspected by trained technical staff before a decision is made as to how the return will be handled. Items cannot simply be swopped out before this procedure has been followed and fault has been identified.
No repairs will take place until it has been confirmed whether the product is to be repaired under warranty or at the clients expense. The client agrees that Soundzcrazy is not held responsible for time delays that result from reports coming from the agents who hold the warranties. Until the client accepts the quote and gives the go ahead, no repairs will commence. The client and Soundzcrazy agree that the agents report is final in this matter and that that report will be considered as the matter being closed. Any costs incurred during this process will be passed onto the client unless the warranty is active. Any and all repairs done under warranty or at the clients expense will only last for 3 months unless a new and different issue has been found.
Second hand goods are sold “as is” and no return of them is possible for any reason whatsoever.
There is no warranty on passive speakers, burnt/blown woofers or tweeters.
Waranty is only valid if there is no evidence of misuse or tempering on the unit.
Consumable items such as guitar strings, cables, batteries, jacks, sockets, etc are not covered by warranty.
will give store credit or exchange any online purchases within 7 days from the date of receipt as long as the item has not been used or installed and is returned in the original packaging and that the relevant proof of purchase is provided. A 20% handling fee may be charged on opened / used purchases subject to viewing. Software products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Products will not be refunded or exchanged due to incompatibility. Please check compatibility information before placing an order. A courier collection fee of R100.00 may be charged on credits and exchanges. Any item wanting to be returned must be done before a credit/refund/swop will take place. Where you buy installation services though the Soundzcrazy website, you agree that Soundzcrazy can start providing the services once an assessment has taken place before 7 days have passed from the date that you bought the services.

The Refund process will take up to 10 working days from date of request.
Soundzcrazy will charge a 5% fee on any credit card reversals done through either Payfast, Mygate or Mobicred if a refund or partial refund is required.
Due to the Coronavirus, no headphones or microphones can be returned or exchanged. Customers will be purchasing headphones and microphones at their own risk.
All warranties are nullified by any and all power related issues
There will be no guarantee or warranty on any items possibly damaged by loadshedding or power surge.
